So Oakleaf Landscapes Ltd. was called in to discuss the project. There were very fixed ideas that the school wanted about what the garden would contain these were.

- Planting wildlife plugs
- Picket fence and gate
- A vegetable patch
- Native tree specimen planting
- Panting schemes to attract birds and wildlife
- Mixed native hedge
- A pool bog garden with marginal plants
- Paving and railing in front of pond
- Stepping stone path
They were also open to suggestions
